Download was corrupt and not compatible with my brand new Dell laptop. I would recommend getting a system with the software already loaded and pass on the uograded Microsoft package.

I had the old 2010 on my computer until it crashed> I am disappointed in the quality of the product> It works okay> but sadly MSoft made it a poor as possible

I did not need this item for my laptop. The associate made me purchase something that i did not need. And i can not return it. I wasted $140

I specifically told the sales person that I used Mac 13.2.1 Ventura, and he assured me it would work with my computer. Guess what? After two days struggling to get it to upload, I was told by Microsoft's help desk rep that this software was not (yet) compatible with Ventura. Cue sad trombone.

This isn’t Best Buy fault this was a bad set up for Microsoft set up for office. Lost set up

Sent back first day - It still required me to buy Microsoft 365 for a year to year fee. All I need is a one time purchase of Excel - I just went to Open Office Apache. It was never clear that I had to also buy Microsoft 365 year to year at a significant cost.

Cannot get this to work!! VERY Frustrating. Even my son who works as a cybersecurity analyst could not get it to work

Do not recommend You cannot import old emails to this program Outlook. MS wants you to buy their 365 plans

Won't download or install I just get an error message that says "oops something went wrong.

It is very difficult to use compared with earlier versons and sems to have many missing items.

Can’t install it. It’s impossible. I’m going around and around on a carousel of frustration, and even though I paid for it, and my purchase is verified, I can not install it on my new laptop.

I was not aware I could not return the Item that was not used. My student was able to use a school Version. Best Buy rating 0. Obviously product was not used. So not rating the product. Make sure you need the product for sure. I Know Microsoft products are good so I would recommend if you know you need it.

As I returned the laptop I purchased, I no longer needed this item. Was unable to return it as it was a digital purchase. Did not need it for the iPad I did buy.

When I attempted to download the software, I received the message that download was complete but none of the Office programs will work. The message is that authorization is not found. Obviously I wasted my money. If these software providers would include a disc with the hundred dollar plus purchase it would be easier to install their product.

I had a tec download Office. It took over an hour to download. About 2 minutes before it was complete, the download stopped. I have not been able to download. It keeps dropping the download just before it is finished. There is NO HELP from Microsoft.

Over priced for what you get! Painful to use the menu and options seem to change overnight without any warning. It is no wonder they sell this without any way to return it.

Office 2021 .. is very slow and takes a long time to download and is not suitable even for simple office work. I advise not to buy it because it is wast to time and money .. It is the worst thing that Microsoft has made. I regret buying it.

Installed incorrrect and or did not provide data space ended up making addl purchase not so was not a good purchase

I purchased Microsoft office not knowing I already purchased the annual plan before. I can’t return it, per Best Buy and Microsoft for any software purchase. I felt taken advantaged. What’s worse it’s not cheap!
