Have always been a Word and Excel user so this purchase was more out of continuing with old friends than anything else. Has been using both programs plus Outlook, but as these were the old Office 2013 versions that simply ran out of support options, and needed to be replaced with new versions. Excel and Word are classic spreadsheet Word Processing software and while there are look-alike imitations available, there is nothing that compares to the originals.

Haven’t had a chance to use it a whole lot but when I did, I loved it!

ive been using MS Office for a long time. This version loaded without issue and has worked as expected.

The new Microsoft 11 is a great product and offers the oversight of Microsoft to my computer for the near future.

Works as advertised. It is a better option than paying the yearly subsctiption fee for the other versions microsoft offers.

I hate Microsoft with a passion. All of its products are either subpar or monopolized. In this case, I needed MS Word and Excel to run on new Apple iMac. Options are to spend as little as possible on this "essential" version or pay for a perpetual subscription. This was by far the best option. Install was easy and the product feels just like the MS Office suite I'm accustom to.

It’s a good purchase. The programs work very well. I use them all very often, so I am glad I purchased the whole packet. I would recommend others to acquire this if they are familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point programs.

Fast startup, launches, and starts easily. A “must have” for anyone who is a student, or is serious about any sort of journaling or writing of any kind.

Everything is good and nice. Although it is confusing when the product is registered and "Microsoft 365" is on the screen instead of " Microsoft - Office Home 2024".

Windows Word offers every possibility imaginable for a printed document; the tutorial, at over 90 minutes in length, is exhaustive & full of more functions than one could ever begin to need.

I hate the fact that Microsoft tries to force you to subscribe. Even buying this product and installing it, the computer kept trying to get me to subscribe to 365 on top of it. It installed easy, but it didn’t appear that way due to the Fact that it kept prompting you to subscribe. I finally just tried it and found out that it worked. As far as the pricing Best Buy normally has this on sale but did not have it on sale at the time I bought it and then they put it on sale again. A little frustrating nonetheless.

The MicroSoft product I purchased was, eh...typical MS. What impressed me was the incredible help I received from the sales/customer support person in Eau Claire that so patiently and competently walked me through the on line purchase and then helped me with the install over the phone. He had a good sense of humor and excellent communication skills. Tech needs more people like him

Without this package, the laptop is not usable. It had to be installed by the Best Buy folks and it was flawless. Love it
