    Working fine. The staff had a job order to download this to my new computer and didn't. I had to stay at the store for a long time to make sure "they did their job"! Go figure!

    The staff member that helped with the purchase of our new laptop went out of his way to make sure we got the best value for the money we had in our budget and was very knowledgable answering all the questions I had, The Geek squad did a great job setting it up and transfering all of the files.

    I am not a computer savvy person and I am trying to navigate from an I-MAC to the lap top. It is not as easy as I wish but I am getting there. The main thing is getting used to the smaller screen and keyboard. The great thing is I can take it most anywhere.
