been trying to get this loaded and working on my Mac book and still haven't been successful. initially installed and excel did not work, kept getting error. Uninstalled all files associate with the installation and reinstalled. Still having issues. now I try to use it and it wants me to pay for the subscription again.

Needed this for my school work. School only uses this

I really like the new version of office. Getting use to the changes.

I paid 79.99 from a third party site but its was 2021 office home and buiness 2021 i wasnt abt to spend more

I do not recommend this product!!! Iwill tell you right up front what they didn't tell me- It is NON REFUNDABLE!!! I bought it in store to avoid the annual recurring charge of the 365. Then I found out that it doesn't include Outlook or any storage, so it wasn't what I needed and I would actually need the 365. So I called Microsoft directly and ordered that with every intention of returning this to Best Buy within the next couple days. Unfortunately, I got very sick and went into kidney failure and didn't get in to return it like I had planned to. I nearly went septic and died, and then I immediately got Covid thanks to my weakened immune system, so it took a few weeks for me to make it into the store to return it. They wouldn't/couldn't. To be fair, she was really nice and tried everything she could, but the computer just wouldn't. It just kept ringing it up as $0, so no refund or credit for me because she said it was beyond the 15 day return window that Best Buy allows. She suggested that I call corporate as they have much more capabilities than she does at the local store level. I did. I spoke to 2 people there plus a supervisor, who couldn't help me either and ultimately told me that these are not refundable/returnable EVER. It wasn't that I was outside of their window - it's that they dont refund them EVER. So if you buy it and find out that it isn't what you wanted or if you buy it and give it as a gift and it's the wrong thing, then you are just out $150, even if the code was never redeemed. And they see that the code was never redeemed, meaning THEY KNOW YOU NEVER USED IT. You are just out $150. If I had known this, I would NEVER have bought it. They should tell you that when you buy it or label it on the display. I have now given Best Buy $150 and they won't do anything to make it right, despite being a long time customer. They know this because I have a credit card with them where I have bought a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, so many tvs I can't even count.. I've spent thousands on electrics. They could've given me a gift card for the $150 I am out after hearing that I almost died and lost my job, but no. And I know that they don't have to - they don't owe me anything because I was sick, but they should make it right that they are seeking a non- refundable item and not telling people. That's what's wrong.

I am not sure how it works but I hate it because it’s always asking for a login. I wanted a desktop version of the programs not the online or cloud based version.

I gave it one star, only because I could not enter a "0". In early March of this year, I purchased Office for Mac in order to convert and edit a novel that I had written on Pages, but needed to be converted to Word or PDF format in order to publish it. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A MACBOOK!!! The issue is that the spelling and grammar function frequently mis-identifies words as being either French, Italian, or another language other than English. Neither the Geek Squad or Microsoft tech support could resolve the issue, and stated that it is a defective program, and that Best Buy should contact Microsoft so that I could receive a refund. Best Buy has refused to co-operate, and I am stuck for $149.00! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A MAC!

not impressed at all. It has not updated in 8 years. Nothing new. Just harder to find things now.

CHAT rep assured buy and install Office while I waited. NO. On line request for help required verification including credit card. Only verification option was text someone Elses phone number. Verification failed for lack of response AND credit card marked invalid to the world. Quickly notified by Amazon that pkg in transit was halted. Required talk with BOA and Nephew had to use his. 4trips including 2 Uber. Learned that Customer desk, check out , sales and Geeks don't talk to each other. BB Buy process designed by juveniles for juveniles even though seniors have the big bucks. BB must offer email verification code.

Microsoft now eliminates Outlook from this package.

I SHOULD have bought this in a Disk instead of onlline. I loaded it onto a new computer, which I discovered did not have the options I needed. Before I returned the NEW computer, I returned it to factory settings, thereby deleting this program from that returned computer. When I went to add it to my current computer, I could not, 'because I have already used that code' Now I will have to call and who knows how long it will take to actually get the product I bought and paid for.

The product is not bad, but the seller who offered it told me it would work in Brazil, but it didn't work and I had to pay another 50 dollars to avoid losing the product I bought. She assured that it would work in Brazil, when I arrived here I tried to activate it and it didn't work.

Warning Do not Buy. Download did not work. Best Buy Customer service would not help. Spent over 112 minutes being bounced from department to department with no help . Worst customer service ever. Worst customer service ever experenced in my life Totally Disgusted.

This does not work on Chromebooks. If you purchase this it will make you go to the website to use the apps. It will not let you download word, PowerPoint, or Excel.
