    This was an upgrade from a windows 10 Microsoft home office. It was easy to install. There are a number of changes from my old version which were not in my mind an improvement. Microsoft wants to sell ist products and linking to my Dropbox account was a pain as is being forced to use Yahoo email. Also really pushing AI.

    We bought this product to download on our computer because our Office Home was out of date with the new Microsoft changes. The download went smoothly, and we had no problems. We were grateful that the Geek Squad was there to help us but I'm sure we could have done it on our own too!

    Much better to have this paid-for M'soft software than paying for a vampiracle blood-sucking subscription. I hate the way these software producers love to keep their claws in you by making you subscribe, so I was glad to just be able to purchase this usable software.
