    My Best Buy experience was excellent. Before coming to Best Buy I attempted to buy Office 2021 from the Microsoft store. They kept trying to sell me Office 365. When I had trouble setting up an account I got an error message "try another email address". That's when I gave up and decided to drive to Best Buy and get what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell me. My Office 2021 works great.

    I bought this to support a computer that my grandfather uses. He uses Word all the time and doesn’t quite understand the monthly subscription system our world is going to. Being the family tech support guy, I don’t need one more thing causing headaches for him. This one time solution should make things easy for my grandfather and by extension me.

    Installed Home Office 2024 on 12/2024, still getting to know, in the past went thru 2003, 2007, 2010 (still in another computer) and keeping files in 2010, new files in 2024
