Easy to install on my computer . This item was just what I was looking for. Works with my computer so I have no complaints with this item .

I purchased this product based on the recommendation from the salesperson after telling him about my concern that I had in the past with Microsoft products. He explained that the problem could have been that Microsoft Office was no longer compatible with Windows 10 so having a new computer would eliminate the problem I had when trying to access Word on my old computer. I installed Office on my new computer and it has worked well. Just hope it stays that way.

I recently got a Microsoft Office license and it’s been a great investment. Installation was fast and easy, and all the apps work smoothly. The Best Buy side of the purchase was fine. The installation link showed up right away, the product installed fine - except Microsoft put the wrong description on the screen when the installation was happening - looked like the subscription version was installing, but it wasn't. The program, however, is typical Microsoft - "we know how you want things to default so we put 500 actions in the way WE want and make you jump through hoops to figure out how to disable or change them". They assume everybody NEEDS to be on the cloud, so they default to saving things there. It results in a lot of aggravation as you try to make it do what you want and not surprise you. It can do a lot - I have used it in the past to create and edit a 200+ page business catalog. It took a long time to make it stop adjusting everything away from what I wanted, but, once the settings are changed, it does more than I know how to do and does it pretty well.

Very good choice for what we need. Nothing fancy, but a great replacement for a 15-yr-old Dell. On any new computer, when building it with SW & Anti-Virus, take care to avoid conflicts from data in the cloud taking it over before you can load certain software, like MS Office. It made a mess that had to be cleaned up so I could load new MS Office, because it was feeding off the cloud.
