I gave it 5 stars because I like the program and ease of use, but really could be 4 because of the lack of fonts that don't come with the purchased program. If you want all the fonts, you have to pay the monthly fee. I also don't like the program saving everything to the cloud when I want to save it to the computer instead. Also, after I bought the program, I found it at a cheaper price elsewhere.

Microsoft Office - Home & Student 2021

He brought me directly to the spot and I was surprised that it was on sale. I purchased the product and when I got home I got online and installed it with no problems. Everything seems to be working great. Well worth the cost and big thanks to Best Buy for so many incredible deals. I've purchase most of my electronics, phones, TV's etc there and they always are there to help & back up all their products. Always had great service......Bob

HP - OmniBook X Flip 2-in-1 - Copilot+ PC

Dislike very much the tiny font used on tabs, system menus, context menus--no way to change that font. Also, can't paste with mouse to Outlook [and other apps?]. Have to use [ctrl] V, or clipboard--very awkward--seems problem has existed since inception--many complaints. Also, brand new mouse often "freezes" when flashdrive inserted--have to use touchpad which I don't like. Also, Copilot advertised as increasing battery life by up to 25 hours, but only seem to get 8-10 hours max. I dislike subscriptions and always having to pay, pay, pay, and spending/wasting time learning "updates"--so, not many options except to suck iotup.
