    I dumped the word program that I had on my new computer, and purchased this instead. Easier to work with. Had a much older version on the computer that I replaced, so getting acclimated to the upgrades was not a problem.

    I purchase this because I wanted to use WORD & EXCEL. This package suits my needs. In my opinion, this is the best for home use where you need WORD for your printing needs and Excel for use where a spreadsheet would be the best way to layout lists and finances.

    I upgraded my personal computer, because of microsoft operating system 11. No problems with adjusting to new system. There is some adjusting to the new computer and I am slowly learning as I go.

    After legitimate purchase of MS Office 2021 I had to wait ~20 minutes for an email: "Your Digital Download Instructions". Despite it saying so, there is NO product key in the email: "Enter the 25-character product key (located under the image on this email) Note: Please keep this code in a safe place. You will be asked to enter it during installation." Both the GeekSquad & Bestbuy phone tech help were incompetent. On phone I got transferred several times. This is supposed to be a simple online product purchase followed by a download. There is a 7 digit SKU #. But NO "25char product key" I will never by from Best Buy again.
