However, it didn't initially work because my computer was so outdated, so I had to make a visit to GeekSquad to have it updated, then it worked. If my computer had been updated, it would have worked fine!

Installed, but…

I contacted Best Buy tech support, and the person told me that he could fix the problem in about an hour, so the other email address could be used. The hour came and went, so I called again. Another person told me to contact Microsoft in a couple of days, so I left my friend with an incomplete software installation. At least that contact worked, as i was actually able to use Quick Assist to remotely resolve the problem. I’m not impressed with the people at Best Buy tech support, who promised a resolution, then dropped the ball.

Looks the Same

So far all my previous files work fine. Navigation is taking a little getting used to

Office Home&Student 2021 (1 Device) [Digital]

Very easy to install with the digital key code upon purchase. I also appreciated the email that I received explaining the ease of installation on my PC. Very pleased not to be billed monthly!
