    Microsoft Office Home & Student comes with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. It is easy to install. Best Buy emailed me a link to install from Microsoft's website. You will need to create a Microsoft account if you don't already have one.

    I got the code but when I went to install it, it told me to download the office 2021 version, i was then directed to download the 2024 version and when i did that, Microsoft 365 came up and i followed the instructions, i was charged an extra 69 dollars for Microsoft 365 and still don’t know if it actually got installed

    It was fine...associate that helped me was great! My only issue was they weren't able to reactivate my protection plan that I purchased when I initially bought my laptop. Called corporate and the opened a ticket on 5/15 (Ref # 357159731) and they said they would call or email me on this issue. Haven't heard back.

    As I am quite used to Microsoft products, I wanted to own this outright rather than to be charged monthly for it. Very easy to install with the digital key code upon purchase. I also appreciated the email that I received explaining the ease of installation on my PC. Very pleased not to be billed monthly!
