The product itself is fine, but it is a pain to have to download it from the internet. Microsoft managed to give me a pile of unwanted commercials to try talking me into using a leased online version of their software, as well as throwing a ton of other ads that continue in my email. On my old computer, I was able to get the software I wanted on a disc. Now everything seems to be in a "cloud."

Microsoft Office is a quality product for home use ideal for people who want the convenience of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Overall good product. I have had some difficulty understanding how to use it due to the changes since my last purchase especially with "365".

Perfect for the home user without being overwhelmed with useless features.

I bought a new computer and Microsoft office software. This is the essential software that everyone needs for their home and student use, that includes word, exce land PowerPoint. It was easy to install.

I much prefer this Office Home & Student 2021 edition over the 365 versions. I can use it until it goes end of life and not have to pay annually for it. I don't need the entire MS Office Suite and primarily use only Word and Excel. Perfect for my needs!

Term papers, spreadsheets, presentations, Microsoft Office does it all. Not confusing, logical, easy to learn and use. But, if you have never used an earlier version of Office, you might want to pick up a copy of "Office for Dummies" to acclimate yourself.

I gave a four since there seems to be problems in Outlook! Word seems to be fine, and I don't use Excel as often as the others! Haven't used PowerPoint in years and have no need to use it now.

I haven't used it too much yet but so far it seems like it's a good product. I have just gotten a new printer because my old one was not compatible with the new computer. that's why I haven't used Microsoft Office too much. But as soon as everything is set up I'm sure I'll use it a lot.

My only problem with this program is I’ll be tying away and then realize the cursor has jumped to a different line and has messed the message up. This happens too often to be an accident.

needed it installed along with other things. Geek squad did a great job again.

No real issues, but when activated/installed, it wasn't very clear when it was done, only that Excell now worked.

This was installed when the member of the Geek Squad plugged in my new computer. Works well.

A little disappointed it did not do what it was suppose to do. Bought this expensive laptop to download a game to my oculus game like the salesman told me to do and it did not work. Other than that it is a great laptop.

MS Office Home is easy to install and setup. Using Word, Excel or PP is easy.

It is easy to install and user-friendly. It is good especially for home users because the instructions are clear and simple.

I love this. The fact that I never have to buy it again for my computer was a plus. Especially since I just got a new computer from Best Buy and I hope to have it for quite a few years.
