I much prefer this Office Home & Student 2021 edition over the 365 versions. I can use it until it goes end of life and not have to pay annually for it. I don't need the entire MS Office Suite and primarily use only Word and Excel. Perfect for my needs!

I mistakenly entered my email address while installing this on a friend’s computer. I contacted Best Buy tech support, and the person told me that he could fix the problem in about an hour, so the other email address could be used. The hour came and went, so I called again. Another person told me to contact Microsoft in a couple of days, so I left my friend with an incomplete software installation. At least that contact worked, as i was actually able to use Quick Assist to remotely resolve the problem. I’m not impressed with the people at Best Buy tech support, who promised a resolution, then dropped the ball.

Term papers, spreadsheets, presentations, Microsoft Office does it all. Not confusing, logical, easy to learn and use. But, if you have never used an earlier version of Office, you might want to pick up a copy of "Office for Dummies" to acclimate yourself.

Since this was a gift and it was installed on the computer that was also purchased as a gift, I'm assuming that it worked out.

Easy to install and utilize. Depending on your needs, the default Apple programs may be just as good

This is a great product to own if you need to purchase MS Office. It's great to have if you need it for work or personal. I definitely recommend buying it.

Easy to do via Best Buy as add-on to a laptop purchase

The laptop is working great and essy to use with good speec and enough storage space.

Still prefer Single Device Office Suite over Office 365.

If you are thinking that a Microsoft Product will help you transition from the PC world to the Mac world, I don’t think so… I can do documents, but various controls and shortcuts are different. You are now in the Mac world. I probably would have still bought this, because I would still have to learn a new way to do it all.
