There was some kind of problem, after I had bought the program , with the installation of the new program. They refunded my money and then walked me through again to rebuy and then reinstall my new Microsoft word program! They were very kind and patient with my limited technical knowledge!
I would recommend this to a friend Office 2024 Home version does the job.

Also came with a basic Outlook version that I wanted but was not mentioned in its description. I thought it was a bit pricey but then again, it is not subject to an annual subscription.

Office home 2024 restored access to my existing documents and allows me to work in the way I like. It has been completely satisfactory for an old woman who is not really interested in staying at the forefront of technology.

Does it all at a great price and no renewal needed

Additional programs means paying for things that I won’t use. The 2021 versions are compatible with forward and backward versions. Best of all… pay once at a very fair price. No yearly fees, no annoying messages to renew or upgrade. Buy it, use it. Many retailers do not offer this. I love that Best Buy does, and have bought this for all my family’s computers.
