    Great to have this option that does'nt require an annual subscription. Just needed the basic Excel, Word functionality to use on occasion, and this is perfect.

    This is the only software I need or use at home. I needed to replace my laptop so I signed up for the same thing I had previously. It's the only one I've ever used at home and it's what works best.

    Last time it was a cd when I purchased and I could install on three devices (office 2013) and much smoother and didn't ask or make me create an email account. Was much cheaper too.

    I will start with the Best Buy Floor Staff with knowing how to help me with my purchase, and listening to what technical assistance needed. Was referred to Technical Support Department and explained my software service I needed for my new laptop. My tech representative was thorough and asked specific questions of me regarding what I needed for use of my laptop. Timely response, professional along with personable. I would ask for that tech support person again.

    Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 software works great. I wish the Toby Evans, Geek Squad who installed it would have registered it to me me, the Buyer instead of Best Buy!

    I've adjusted to Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 pretty well. I had been using Microsoft 2007, so this is a huge upgrade for me! Some things are displayed slightly different, but I'm adjusting pretty easily.
