    Got this package at the same time I bought my new laptop and it's perfect for my home use. If you just need to do docs in Word and Excel and maybe the occasional Powerpoint, this is the way to go.

    I went to Best Buy with problems with MS Word.. an app I bought with my MacBook Pro computer at Best Buy over a year ago. The Geek Squad assisted me immediately, analyzed the situation, and discussed various options to resolve my problem. Several months later, I am very satisfied with the advice I was given and glad to know I have a friend in Best Buy!

    Updated my Office program from Office 2010 which was positively archaic in this digital world. Files updated just fine. Don't like how Office 365, which is a digital subscription and came on the new computer, tries to run.

    I recently got a laptop running windows. I told the salesman that I wanted to download Optimum cable service to watch football games. After a week of trying, without getting the download. I took the laptop to Geek Squad. They said I was sold the wrong laptop because Optimum would not work with windows. He refunded my money and gave me a phone number to call and get a refund for Mirosoft. I called the number and was helped by a young lady who was great and gave me a refund for Mirosoft. It would help your staff if they knew that Mirosoft Laptops and Optimun cable are not compatible. But I was happy with the service and final outcome and will be back to buy again. Mr. and Mrs. Stabile
