    I'm having issues being ale to save documents directly to my desktop or to my computer. The message box says I don't have permissions. I have to go through a whole set of tedious things in order to save it directly.

    If only use the Word in it. I'm glad they had where you could buy it just one time instead of renewing every year. I don't use excel, PowerPoint, or OneNote. Glad to have it.
