Needed Word, Excel and Outlook so this was the best solution. The installation went smoothly and everything works. However, I would like to see just these 3 bundled together for a cheaper price.

I purchased and registered the Microsoft Office 2016 program. It comes with all of the Office programs that I have been using over the years. It was easy to download and install.

I WANTED TO KEEP OUTLOOK IT IS THE WAY I HAVE BEEN USING MY EMAIL FOR YEARS. AS AN OLDER WOMAN THAT HAS NOT THE SKILLS OF A YOUNGSTER I DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE. MORE OPTIONS THAN I COULD EVER USE!!!

I purchased the MS Office at Best Buy and was given a paper card to go online and download. When peeling the security tab off to reveal the key, the paper ripped and the first numbers where unreadable. I tried to get assistance with installation by calling on the phone, and had to physically go into the location because no one at the store would help-even with the receipt number and it had only been less than a half hr. since I was there. Luckily I had purchased a service agreement with the laptop so Geek Squad was able to assist.... I wonder what they would have done if someone did not buy an agreement? Also, I found out I had over paid...... another lesson learned.

I first bought the version without outlook then realized I needed it for school so I exchanged and the install was super easy and it worked great for all my personal and school needs

Purchased Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Business to upgrade our church office operations. Outlook and all the other functions makes it easier to accomplish the daily operations.

Windows 10 was obviously slowing down on easy support of my Office 2007 so I decided to go ahead and update. I like the fresher look of this version, especially Outlook.

It was easy to download the individual programs. I had Office 365 but didn't like that I had to pay every year. It's worth the money to install it and be done with it.

Installs fine, looks much different than office 2010. Our company hasn't upgraded to Windows ten, so it's a very different look, feel and setup. There might be some comparability issues with older versions of office, we still investigating.

I just don't like the direction software companies are going. Much like the government..we're being nickel and dimed everywhere we turn. Things have gotten to the point where if we don't upgrade to the latest and greatest you left behind.

Most packages these days don't include Outlook (email) but this did and I'm very happy. Was actually surprised I was able to find this since most packages don't include Outlook anymore.

Easy to install, no problem. Bought a new computer. Old computer came with a word program already on it. Now, you need to buy the word program separately (for a HP desktop)

This is an internet download item. Everything is says it comes with downloaded fine. The download was flawless and fast. This program is running on win10 with no problems.

Good to have an office suite that won't change every year. I need the office suite, but having to adjust to a bunch of new changes every year is a pain.

Like any new software it takes time to fully utilize the capability of this product. While very familiar with Microsoft products I found this particular product a challenge. Time will tell but I believe the software will serve me well.

This version of office has everything I need. Out look doesn't come with all but I use it for my email and need that. 2016 was easy to get used to going from 2010 or 2013.

This is a great product that suits my needs perfectly. I especially like the new Excel format and I'm excited about using the new features in all of the office programs.

This product was easy to install and I have absolutely no tech skills whatsoever. It has everything I needed and is assisting in organizing my files and building my resume.

This is a very costly update for a user that simply does the same thing in this version of Office as they did in Office 95. Outlook is what makes this purchase necessary for the business and it is a rather costly purchase considering.

Was skeptical of this purchase - only having purchased a card with Code on back. Used Exacto knife, took about 10 minutes to carefully uncover the code - thankful for the warning about this from Store personnel. Installation was a easy, requires Internet connection (faster connection is best). I started the install around 8p, still going at midnight - was completed at 4am when I checked (slow internet connection). Trickiest task was to uncover the Code and then have patience for the installation. Would be good to have a Visual installation progress bar for Overall installation progress.
