I wanted to buy the latest and greatest, but did not count on having a couple of bugs to work out regarding Office email. Once I got that worked out, everything seems to be great

We've had previous versions of this program. The latest one is super easy to use, is not complicated, and soon loved by everyone who uses this computer.

You gotta have it. Office, that is. I needed this version because I needed Outlook email. Took a while to download, but when it was finished, everything was reborn.

There are a lot more features with this version. Still trying to figure some of the new features out. I've always used Microsoft Office and will continue to use.

I really prefer to have the software compared to the Office 365. I feel the price is really high for students however, having outlook is really making a difference.

Fits my needs, but I could have used a cheaper version as I was told I needed this version to get Outlook and it was already on the laptop being purcha

My computer did not have this program and I needed to update my Home Inspection Contract. This program made it Applicable for me.This program is amazing.

It is what it is, the most useful office tool software. Just kind of sucks we need to keep buying updates, and the licence limits the number of computers.

Whenever I purchase software, I buy a full license to enable moving between platforms as they are retired or replaced. The product is great, albeit bloated. It's simply a headache to install and support, especially for employees deployed overseas. Microsoft's zeal in trying to stamp out piracy makes things extremely difficult for honest purchasers to install their product. To require a Microsoft ID on top of buying the license has made installation for company-sponsored equipment a huge headache. We're moving to google docs, or MAYBE back to Office 2010

I love Office and have been using most of the software for many years. This package has all the pieces my family needs for home, school and business needs.

I purchased this suite for installation on a new PC. It installed quickly and without any problems and, it continues the great traditions of Microsoft Office.

Excellent purchase price from Best Buys as I've shopped the cost of Microsoft home & office on various sites. It's a good program that extends capabilities of PC users.

An easy to understand /use upgrade for my old 2012 version. I particularly like the layout , ease of navigation in the new (for me) Outlook

I updated my Microsoft office from 2007 to 2016 with this software and I am very pleased to be up to date on my PC now. It works well with Windows 10.

We are learning the new windows 10 program from XP Pro so there is a learning curve . so far has some very nice features. just need to get use to windows in and outs.

Like features 2016n- had 365 - did not use my monthly SKYPE -so it was a waste for me Window 10 vs window 7 little harder to manage. still not use to that.

I installed this on a new Toshiba laptop running Windows 10. There were glitches with it from the beginning. Primarily un-commanded shut downs of the computer. After getting MS on Chat they decided to uninstall it. When they tried to install it the software asked for my code. I'm 400 miles from the card and called Best Buy digital download. After several minutes they said that since I bought it in a store I had to go back and try and get a new number. If I was close to the store I bought it from I'd be home where the card is! Bottom line is there is NO customer support from Best Buy!!! Don't buy anything from here.

Office Home & Business 2016 is a quality product that installs easily, but you must have good internet connection since the installation files must be downloaded.
