Not much different form Office 2013

Outlook was a little more radical of a change, but still more of the same when you learn the tricks. My biggest gripe, requiring at least a star reduction is the auto resizing of the windows feature. I absolutely hate it and it does not seem to turn off when directed. Please if anyone out can fix this please do so. It is worst with Outlook and a tremendous pain not to mention a time wasting distraction.
