They were patient, made sure I understood, They were very thorough in going over all the details. The salespersons made sure I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Best Buy to any of my friends and family, the service was above and beyond what I usually experience when making such a purchase.

These programs change very little these days, except they will change the "look" of the software. This takes users several weeks to learn where the new buttons are to do the same old functions. BUT, they don't add reasonable new elements to the base program functionality. MS Word to this day still has weird formatting bugs that are frustrating.

The GeekSquad immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. I have lots of data saved on the disk -- and back-up on the cloud; all of these files had to be rewritten on the new HD; and then reconfigured around my tastes and preferences. GS did a terrific job; technically very good; customer oriented and professional. They listened well; and responded well. Happy customer.

It has lasted those many years. With the discount of $20 dollars, I found buying the Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016 a more affordable solution than buying the less expensive version that I would have to renew each year. I am sure that the version I have will be better off in the long run.
