I had excel on my old computer. I only use it for basic bookwork,but I know it can do so much more. I Am going to get a "how too" book so I can make full use of the newer edition. I like the one time purchase better than a yearly payment. My only complaint is that I have to get a book to take full advantage of my purchase.

Nicely updated version, easy to move around and use.

We selected this for my wife's new HP laptop. Seems to be similar to other Office products. Have noticed that we don't need Outlook as the laptop with Windows 10 had an Outlook-similar program that works as well. Learning Windows 10 actions took a little effort, but seems to be working well now.

Purchased this along with a new laptop. Can say I like our old Windows 7 better

Great product as expected from this manufacturer. Easy squeasy setup and Jimmy John's style of delivery. Up and running faster than a Jackalope with a coyote on his tail. Trying to get enough characters in this review. Hoping everyone is pleased. Highly recommended item.

It's BIG weakness is its Address book. It would not automatically sort out .pst files from my Outlook 2010 program after exporting then Importing to my new Outlook 2016 program so now I have to call in an computer expert to show me how to do it. What a pain in the neck! I'm so very disappointed.

For someone who is used to using keyboard shortcuts, this version is not as user friendly. Also it treats you as tho you are an idiot and wants to force you to use fonts, formatting, etc its way instead of your way. However, only option out there so you have to be smarter to do things your way

Make sure when you purchase that you know exactly what you want the product to do - there are several types - i wanted Outlook to be included and purchased the one that did not include Outlook the first time - the packaging is the same for all the products from Microsoft.

I changed from MS Office 2010 Professional to MS Office 2016. I found that I did not need the additional programs offered by 2010. Was happy with the programs offered. Only issue was that the programs had to be updated manually as the automatic update feature did not work properly.

Love the new updates and look, hate the price but serves its purpose.

Office 2016 - what can I say? It's the standard Office software for businesses! The only downside to this type of software installation (i.e., key card) is that you have to use a Microsoft account to register the software before begin able to download and activate it.

Like most people today I need Microsoft Office. Many buy the yearly program so they are up to the minute on all the new technology. I prefer to hold my own copy of Microsoft Office in my hand, with a service plan I can get updates and help when I need it. That's the way I ride.

I bought the business version of this suite to get access to Outlook. I think the Calendar and People functions are far superior to other apps. It also enables me to sync my data to my work versions, keeping my total world in good order.

Outlook 2016 takes some getting used to and so am trying to like it as much as 2010; part of this may be user-sourced...There is a lot of functionality i am not taking advantage of, that would likely endear me to this more...stepping into it

I upgraded from MS Office 2010. There is no learning curve if you have a previous version of MS Office. I like to own the software I use, and not rent it on a yearly basis, and this fits the bill. If you're an MS Office fan you will be completely happy with this version.

Be careful make sure to remove Microsoft Office 365 before installing Office 2016 they'll conflict for some reason and then MS Office will not be recognized. At least that's what happened to me once I removed Microsoft Office 365 it was resolved.

If you don't like having to pay a monthly or yearly fee than get this version. I like it considerably more then the free Office 365 we were offered thru our work discount. Don't know why everything needs to go to this Cloud based stuff.

Office 2016 is, as always, excellent. The only problem is that you can not buy the program on disc. Save your download to a flash drive because you will not be able to re-download it after the next version is released. That's why I had to buy it again.

I had an issue installing this as it told me that the purchase was not authorized. I brought it back to bestbuy but they seemed to be guessing as to what was wrong. After a second trip to store they simply replaced it and it worked.
