Installed several times, icons would disappear after a few hours, Microsoft denied problem but many people complained of the same issue on their web site, to 10 days by tech people to resolve, not to address how over complicated they made basic functions, give me back Office 2007, functionality without making elements more complicated or moving known functions so you have to search for them, I've used Office 2007 for 10 years with no issues

Spend a little more money and buy this office instead of the version with the membership dues. It's software, not a gym.

Hate OneDrive!!!! First of all the space given when purchasing the product is so low, it takes no time at all to fill it and then cha-ching, they want you to buy more space, and that's wrong!!! I've already paid for the program, I shouldn't have to shell out money to be able to save files to my computer. Windows10 is taking me some time to get used to, especially when working with word, excel files from previous versions. At this point, there are still too many unknowns and negatives to give this product a higher rating.

Purchased for new computer. So far no issues or concerns. Expect it will perform as needed. Unfortunate this software no longer comes as part of the computer purchase.

it works - hate the costs and constrains MS puts on us and the software we have to use. but better than the subcriptions over many years.

I've always used MS Outlook for my business account e-mail. I purchased this version to be able to sync my devices so I am not constantly clearing e-mails from each device I use.

Stay up to date with the latest version of office. Easy interface. Familiar looking and packed full of every tool you'll need in word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Perfect solution for the new laptop. Had no issues activating and can deactivate/reactivate the license key if I replace the laptop with a new one.Thanks BB!

I purchased the owned version of Office instead of Office 360 as I did not want to be paying for yearly subscriptions on 2 computers. I was NOT told that this version does not have Microsoft Publisher. So I am "stuck" with this version and have to use my old computer when using Publisher. I should have been told the difference.

I bought the package rather than have to keep renewing the software all the time. There is nothing more annoying than having to keep paying renewal fees for software.

For once MS has not changed the wheel. This version is about the same look and feel as the Office 2013. So getting used to this is not a problem. So far so good

I updated my version of Office and am extremely happy with the new version. I use this program for my e/mails as well as info storage for personal & business connections.

If you do not want to have to pay for this over and over, this is a great option to go. One fee and it is done. You can download the product and just add this key.

We always purchase this software, the free versions out there do not give options to make them usable for us in our business- or our daughters who are in college.

This lap top is perfect for me; large screen, narrow profile, lots of memory. The only downside is there is no CD drive but an external drive is available, which I will get.

Microsoft Office has always been a great program, it's just pricey. I would much rather have this version than the "365" version where you have to pay every month.

It is exactly as described and as expected. Only downside is it can only be downloaded on one device however that is clear in the description.

Office home and business has more than I'll ever need. My only complaint is the cost! I wish they had something that would do simple tasks for half the price.

I bought the software to update Office and because it included Outlook. The software was easily transferred to a new computer after the first one computer died.
