I was disappointed that for the cost it did not include all of the office suite items (Access is missing), and when I asked BestBuy to order it or see if a nearby store had it, they then tried to sell me Office 360 on subscription. The product should be less given that it does not have continual updates and is missing Access.

My 3rd time I had to purchase this product. I have 2 other personnel computers and even though you own the software product you can only use it on one computer. For another $110 I can get office publisher & from the reviews I have read it doesn't work properly yet. bummer

Its MS office, its the best product in its arena.
