However, I returned it because it does not have Access which is necessary for my small business. Office 2016 that includes Access is too pricey. For now I sticks with the same good old version.

I have yet to be able to access my email through Outlook, I've spent 3 trips to Geek Squad and over 3 hours, just to have it crash again. I'm told that this is a Microsoft issue. I also have MS Outlook issues on my corporate laptop and our 24 hour work IT team fixed that laptop for me last week. Geek Squad has been helpful, but after my 3rd visit today, discovered I have to go back again. I doubt Microsoft will refund my money at this point either.

Ridiculously overpriced but for those with limited computing skills, pretty much have to go with the whole package (versus only buying the ones you need)
