Now this one comes out and it is almost unusable. Plain paper pages, no visual clues, not intuitive. Often used functions are hidden, but never-used functions are right in front of you. Tale 2-3 steps to do a one-step operations. I hate this version.

Since they had trouble completing the Office 2016 loading, it wouldn't let me use the key again. So I wasted my money

I have called Geek Squad support and I have called Microsoft and no one knows how to fix this issue. Microsoft will not activate it because it can't find a code in the database. They are blaming Best Buy and I am not getting anywhere. It is like I wasted this money

I learned a little something about purchasing the Microsoft Office software from Best Buy - Make sure that when you are at the register that they do charge you for the software as well as activate it. When I bought this software originally with my tablets, they had not charged me for the software which prevented me from activating it. After a few hours of frustration and a chat session with Microsoft, I had figured out that the software was never activated at Best Buy during checkout. I had to go back to Best Buy and purchase the software that I thought that I had already purchased in order to get the serial numbers/activation keys to work. After that, everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this software, just verify that you actually paid for it. I only took off one star for Best Buy's SNAFU, because of my time involved with this issue and not because of the software.
