I can't imagine not having Microsoft Office products. I have been using them ever since the dinosaurs roamed the earth!

The Outlook with the Business version is too much more money for a little bit extra. Just by the home version.

When you go to the site, it will give you an error and a number to call. The person you end up speaking to wants control of your computer. Once that happens, they will tell you that you have corrupt files or that your firewall is not up and they will fix it for a CHARGE. My friend and I both purchased this a day apart and both had the same experience. They want money from you when you can speak to the company who made your computer and they will fix it for you. If you Google this issue, you'll hit the motherlode of complaints. Microsoft does NOTHING about it. Luckily I spoke to Apple, they installed the missing drivers and it was working. My friend on the other hand felt violated that they had access to her new laptop and returned it. You can purchase this software but you'll go through many hoops in order for it to work.

I always loved the functionality of outlook for email. I was very happy it worked the same on Apple computers.

Best Buy agents were friendly and extremely helpful...they took time to thoroughly explain the program.

Does as I need it to, with the cost and definitely better than having to worry about the 365 renewal

I wish software was cheaper than it is. I think the computer should come with this standard programming.

I wish something would have been available years ago. A lot of frustrations and dissatisfactions wouldn't exist.

I have no issues working with the Mac version. It provides all the ability i need for both home and business.

I have always used and enjoyed office but the new setup process takes a little bit to get through.

Just upgraded my MacBook Pro with 4GB. Has doubled my processing speed. I highly recommend this product.
