If your using Outlook for e-mail only your better off buying the Home and Student edition and save some money. Mac has a preinstslled mail program that you can use instead.

If you use Outlook with Exchange, it functions more like the standard mail app as opposed to Outlook on Exchange. You won't have the ability to approve emails that are marked for approval or see your other Exchange mailboxes automatically.

Other than that, everything else is the same from setting up an Outlook profile to opening and creating a Word document.

I do have to contact MS since the Outlook program seems to have many features grayed out?? I have Office 2016 at work, and there is much more function on Outlook than on this item. Don't believe it is Best Buy's fault though.....The only reason I bought it was for the Outlook. She can download regular Office 2016 for free from school.
