It's Microsoft office, and you get exacly what you expect. I personally didn't need the cloud, and didn't want to pay for a renewal subscription hence the outright purchase for the software.

I purchased the Microsoft Suite Office Home & Business 2019 version. This software is essential. This package does not require an annual renewal but does require updates periodically.

I prefer the full version to one with an annual price because it is mine and I dont have to worry about accessing documents if in the future I am unable to afford the annual fee.

This is a great product, could be better if cheapo microsoft would add more bells and whistles rather than steering me toward more expensive or renewable products.

I upgraded from Office 2010 and I had to get used to the changes but it works as expected and does everything I need and want it to. I'm quite happy with it.

This just makes more sense than having to pay a renewal each year. After having worked in the corporate world this is an easy transition.

Already had a glitch in Outlook. Geek Squad took care of it. Thus far, I've liked it a lot. I've been using this software for years, so it's an old friend. Haven't needed to use other software yet.

The software is great. It's pretty much the same as the 2016 version of Office; however you cannot install the software on Windows if it's running 8 and later, I do understand that Microsoft will not be supporting Windows 7 in 2020; however Best Buy and other retail stores cannot sell Office 2016 anymore meaning if you would have to upgrade your Windows 7 or 8 / 8.1 machines to Windows 10 to even use Office 2019.

I do not like having to download the program. I would prefer a hard copy. Also don't know why I have to give a title and display name. Makes no sense

Quite a pleasing jump up from my old office tools. When bundled with a new computer purchase, this is a no brainer... buy it and own it. And you still get the updates!

I chose Microsoft Home and Business because I am used to using similar software ar work. It was a good decision! I especially like Outlook for organizing email.

After two hours of trying to do myself, called Geek Squad for help. I went through 3 agents before it finally downloaded correctly. Took about 6 hours. I did not want 365.

Since replacing old Windows 7 desktop it was time to go with a new Office suite to compliment Windows 10. There are some new features. Works fine with a familiar layout.

I needed Office for Mac. It is good, but it always feels like the developers had 30 minutes to play with the PC version and then had to develop their own. It's just not the same. But it works.

Received the digital download via email pretty quick. Product works just as described. No issues so far. Best Price I could find.

The office product is okay but I thought I was purchasing Office 365 and didn't realize that the sales guy sold me the old version.

I have never been convinced I need every Office update as soon as it comes out, with an obligation to buy it again every year, so this will do just fine.

I love my Best Buy store because I always find what I need. Microsoft is a Great program for office letters

Purchased this product for a new computer set up at work. Does exactly what you would expect from MS suite without having the web architecture of 365.
