Not much to say. I'm still trying to figure it out. I FIND IT CONFUSING AT THIS POINT.

It’s good for very small businesses with only One person operating the business.

The new Microsoft Office is not very user friendly. The old Microsoft is much much easier.

I prefer Office 2016, was a better product. Too many whistles.

Office 2019 is a must have for any Business, or Home Office user who's looking to get a license up front and be set for the years to come. The key difference between Office 2019 and Office 365 is that Office 365 receives feature updates more often both of course receive security and fixes as they come out. If you have an older version of office, I'd highly recommend 2019, especially, if you're looking to just purchase it one time or I'd recommend Office 365! At the end of the day the software - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc (depending on the version you purchase) are the same though the Office 365 version may have a few features that come later that you won't get on the standalone version. In terms of What's New in 2019 vs. 2016 there are are some new features but the bulk of the new features are within Word and PowerPoint. I like the new enhancements to language translation and inking for documents - especially if you have a Touch/Pen enabled device! There are a few new features in Excel and Outlook but in terms of the features I use it's pretty much the same as 2016 which is why I gave it four stars instead of five as I was hoping for more features and enhancements to help you work with larger sets of data and improvement on data analysis tools - perhaps some of that AI that's out there. Like with previous versions, I'm impressed with the stability and speed of the new version of Office though Excel I think could use some new features that help with handling big data more efficiently and efficiently use the full processing power of newer computers. Other miscellaneous things I like include the new black theme which is long overdue- there really should be more options to customize the look/feel. In all, it's a great upgrade for anyone who has older versions of Office (especially those now unsupported versions!). For new users, these tools are essential for Writing, Editing, and processing your data - these tools are the best out there. After all, they have been around for 30 years plus for a number of good reasons, and though there are other options Microsoft provides the best advanced functionality with customization ability while servicing the basic user needs without complexity in between. In all, I highly recommend it as this software is able to handle the small simple tasks all the way up to the complex hard number crunching tasks.

IT IS WHAT IT IS. I NEED IT. IT IS VERY COSTLY BUT I GUESS THEY CAN ONLY SELL IT ONCE...

Should have upgraded to 365. Didn't have everything I needed.

Rating is not for product. Product is fine but never used it. Best Buy sales rep told me I needed it for my Macbook purchase just to up his commission. This product is NOT required as the Macbook already comes with what is needed.

Set up is a not documented, and can't make changes. Hence a continuing nightmare. Still can't make Outlook connect to my account. Set up is clear as mud. Certainly not designed to be handled by the average joe.

Win 7 was wonderful for me. I do not like 10 at all. Too different, many tasks and look ups are harder to do. MS did us no favors IMO. And a manual? Forget that...one HAS to spend forty bucks on a book that will try to help you get to know 10. Bottom line...MS changed TOO much.

I had a device call today and now I can’t use it. HELP!

I like the convenience and creative range it gives me.

Purchased new computer and needed Microsoft Office. Does not convert older office information/outlook from saved backups well. Does not allow ease of uninstall or reinstall. Would much prefer physical disc rather than digital format.

Purchased this is last version not requiring online continuing subscription, and have had nothing but issues with my laptop ever since. When a product works well, people should just leave it alone.

Surprisingly it is sometimes necessary to re-load using the internet. I need to work at remote locations with no wifi. I did not realize occasional internet access is necessary.

What more can I say? this is great software year after year. It is essentially the standard for business. This version is great for those who do not need multiple user licenses or care for having the most current release of Office. If you are a student, teacher, tech guru, or elementary schooler, you will need to have this version. It is a one time fee and it is yours forever. There are lots of new "features" but the ones that I am most excited about are in PowerPoint and Excel. You can make some create presentations without getting lost in slide decks if you plan this presentation out properly and use Slide Zoom for instance. New functions and calculations for those in the Spreadsheet World. If you are an MS Office user, you will welcome the new makeover and software refresh. VERDICT: BUY!
