Microsoft Office actual software - a one-time purchase that lasts for years versus buying a yearly license and not actually having the software.

There's a reason why apple has its own software. I purchase this to use Outlook. Its been a day and a half and it is still not fully loaded. Not because I don't know how to do it, but because there are so many error codes. Just try to get help through Microsoft, After FINALLY getting the package downloaded, it would not recognize my Microsoft ID to register the software. Another 3 hours later to get that situation fixed and now outlook can't figure out my email address. Supports suggestions haven't worked. Yeah, free 60 days of WORTHLESS help.

This product is easy to install. I had the 2010 version on my previous desktop and although this version is updated and a little different I quickly adapted to the changes.

I like it. It resolved the problems that I had with the older version of Office and still allows me to use the parts of it like Access, Power point, One Note, etc.

The gentleman that sold us this product went way above and beyond just the sale. For the technicologically challenged customers, he wrote out the step by step instructions on how to install this product as well as the step by step instructions on how to trouble shoot the product should we have any problems. He was exceptionally patient and even took the time to dumb things down so that even my wife and I could understand it. I would absolutely go back to him if I needed to purchase items in his section. Excellent employee!!!!

Do we have a choice? This product does what it is supposed to and was easy to set up. Quite complicated when it needed to be moved to another laptop due to failure of the hard drive within 2 weeks of purchase.

I tend to recommend purchasing the licensed copy of the software rather than paying every year for SaaS (Software as a Service). By the 3rd year you completely recover your expense.

I wanted to get a version of Microsoft Office to use at home. This has worked great and has all of the programs I was looking for, including OneNote!

MS Office has become an essential product to conduct business. Upgrading to 2019 was a no-brainer. I haven't explored all the new features but plan to.

The download was very easy. Once downloaded everything appeared on the computer instantly. Each item opened quickly with each option available showing along the top.

Office Home and Business 2019 is excellent software. I use all of the applications for personal and business work. Easy to use and has a lot of very useful tutorials.

Overall converting to a new version was fairly simple. It took me awhile to find various functions but it does what I need it to do.

Purchased for new windows 10 laptop. Replaces my old Outlook 2010 , Excel, and Word. Not a big fan of the way 2019 Outlook imports from gmail. It puts the emails into a gmail inbox instead of the Outlook inbox. After I'm done importing, I will need to set up rules in order to import into the Outlook inbox. I think the difference from 2010 to 2019 is a bad design. Excel seems pretty much the same although I haven't used it much yet. Same with Word. i do miss not having Access. Microsoft now makes you pay more for that. Microsoft has gotten greedy, IMHO. Office 2019 is an OK suite of programs, but I'd rather have my 2010.

Seamless purchase of the Microsoft Office 19. Had Office 16 with Dell purchase a couple of years ago but needed Outlook.

I am happy with my purchase. Office 2019 has everything I need and works as expected. I wish I didn't have to create a MS365 account to download it but MS calls the shots there. I do wish I had done a little more research because what you see is what you get. MS will not be adding any updates or features to this product other than security patches. Anything new or cool that they think of later will go into the MS Office 365 ONLY. Wish I had known.

No problem loading and upgrading from 2013 version. Needed the new features and did not want to pay the annual fee for Office 365.

I bought MS Office 2019 to install on my new computer. MS Office is still the standard by which office software is measured by and compatibility is pretty much guaranteed.

Having Microsoft Office is a must. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Everything you'll need for home or office. Easy to download and install.

I love how easy it was to install and how much each program provides. Making newsletters, games, etc. is fun and super easy!
