I am on a Verizon account, which now goes through AOL. In my old Outlook, I could have the messages transferred to the Outlook program, which would move them off the AOL account. I was told by a Geek Squad Tech that I have to keep the messages on the AOL account, otherwise they will disappear from the Outlook program too. This duplicates my messages, which I really don’t need.

Trying to obtain a legal licensed copy for a new MacBook, I purchased this product key and had a friend bring it to me overseas. Then I discovered that these product keys can ONLY be loaded in the USA. And there is no workaround! Microsoft was unable to help me, so I had to wait until I was returning to the states to even use the product. This should have been noted in the product description. USA Only!
