I was super frustrated with moving my data from my old version of MS Outlook to this version. Messages were duplicated, my address book didn't fully transfer and figuring out how to configure it was challenging for me.

I receive instructions of how to set up specific programs and it works until I shut down the computer. It goes back to the way it originally was when I restart the unit. I experienced the same issue with my old computer.
