    I got this version vs the 365 version because I didn't want to be shelling out money every year. I like thi as I am used to all of these specific programs. TTotal tech helped me by installing thes on my new computer

    Every time the software companies come out with a newer version of their product; I always feel that they take away items instead of allowing it to become more user friendly. I spend more time looking for the older features. I always tried by best to make it more user-friendly and to also add more features that would make it easier.

    This lifetime version of microsoft office 2021 installed struggled with the initial install which detected the older level of office 365 which was monthly subscription. Microsoft site provided a program to remove the former office 365.

    Product was fine but getting the code and instructions to download it.... took me a good 45min on a chat. No email was sent, I had to go into my account, chat with them and then got instructions to download it.. NOT easy and I'm computer savvy

    In general, pretty good. Changes in Word is a bit of a challenge. I'm surprised at how few characters Word allows me to use in naming .docx files. Excel and PowerPoint seem to have fewer changes. I haven't set up Outlook yet but glad I chose to buy it.
