    Every time the software companies come out with a newer version of their product; I always feel that they take away items instead of allowing it to become more user friendly. I spend more time looking for the older features. I always tried by best to make it more user-friendly and to also add more features that would make it easier.

    In general, pretty good. Changes in Word is a bit of a challenge. I'm surprised at how few characters Word allows me to use in naming .docx files. Excel and PowerPoint seem to have fewer changes. I haven't set up Outlook yet but glad I chose to buy it.

    Product was fine but getting the code and instructions to download it.... took me a good 45min on a chat. No email was sent, I had to go into my account, chat with them and then got instructions to download it.. NOT easy and I'm computer savvy
