    Purchased Microsoft Office 2021 for my new Mac Pro notebook computer. Digital download is easy with high speed internet. Login to your Microsoft account, enter the product key, download and install then open Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook individually to activate and you are ready to go.

    After a month, I still miss my old Microsoft Office 2013. I can't find my way around this. Getting onto Outlook was a nightmare - thank goodness for the Geek Squad tech who was able to circumnavigate the requirement that I open a new email account in Google or Yahoo.

    It’s a challenge to migrate files on surface pro Microsoft office to the Microsoft office on my HP envy. I had to hire the geek squad to make most of the transfer took them about four hours and even then my contacts some 4000 need to be transferred to the various email addresses that I collect under the Outlook emails.

    I brought in a NEW laptop to get set up. The process took 3 days and after I picked it up then it was not right. When I returned I was taken care of and the Geek took care of my problems. I was very good and fixed the problem at Best Buy expense. Thanks

    Outlook has several problems. 1. Takes long time to start. In some case it does not even start. 2. Even I bought genuine software from Best Buy, every time when I start outlook, it shows a warning sheet telling to buy genuine software. Why!

    I purchased the Office Home and Business because I needed Outlook to use with my email provider. My new HP PC had Windows 365 without Outlook. I am having difficulty deleting the Windows 365 since it was installed by a third party (either HP or Best Buy). Microsoft is unable to delete software installed by a third party.
