    Bought this item by mistake I haven’t redeemed but Best Buy refuses to cancel my order I don’t need this software and whe I need it I can buy it by much less than the 250 that Best Buy is charging

    Have always used Microsoft Office, even though I am retired it is still useful for me. Only downside is you can only use on one computer but its worth it!

    This was biggest negative issue with this product. I paid to have it loaded by the Geek Squad but they had no idea what to due with Outlook. I probably spent 8 hours with them trying to set up outlook. this was because there is nobody trained on how to set it up. I even went to a different store and was told by the Geek Squad person that nobody is trained on Microsoft Outlook. I have always liked the product and have been using it for over 20 years.

    The screen is wide and precise, and it seems quite powerful enough for my needs. I view construction drawings and this screen is excellent for that.
