    I am not a fan of the Office Home & Business software. Outlook is different from past years copies. I could have saved $100 by purchasing the Home & Student version for the word and excel programs. Not worth the price difference in my opinion.

    Horrible experience with Best Buy and this purchase. Purchased for my brand new MAC - and specifcally was told this would work on my lapop. After DAYS of trying to get this to upload, I had no luck. Apple wouldn't help since I purchased from Best Buy. The Best Buy over the phone support told me if I wanted best buys help I would need to pay to speak with the Geek Squad for assistance. Abysmal. So disappointed.
