    We are a non-profit (church) and had everything all set up. For some reason, buying this (or any?) software is delayed for somebody at Best Buy to check the non-profit status. It took over a week to get the Key needed to use the software. Plus there was no one at Best Buy that could bypass this delay.

    MS cash grab. Pretty much a monopoly on the market if you want to have employment or run a business. Teams is really watered down on this version.

    It has been 2 1/2days since I ordered this and Best Buy still has not sent me an activation code. Their customer service is a total joke and has been no help at all. They will not cancel the order nor will they get the activation cide mailed to me. In other word Best Buy pocketed around $250 for absolutley nothing. This is the 2nd order they hav messed up. I am done with Best Buy.

    I purched much 365 and before i left the store i immediately returned it was recommended with prejudice. So as soon as i brought it, i tried to return it but they would not let me return it but instead asked me to call geek squad for a refund which i did. Its been a month and i have not received my refund. I called snd they said they have send it but i have not received it.
