Great product, can use for many different types of work

Great software to get all my stored one drive files.

I only bought office because I had to. I absolutely hate that you have to have a Microsoft account to get full use of the programss.

IT WAS DIFFICULT TO INSTALL EVEN WITH THE PROVIDED DOWNLOAD LINK. MS ASSISTANCE WAS MINIMAL SO I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK TO BEST BUY FOR ASSISTANCE.

I’m disappointed that Access and Publisher was not included. If you had it it was not offered to me when I inquired.

Microsoft Office - what can you say. Replacing office 2006. Rather but than pay annual fee

Very difficult to change from Micro Soft products to other products. Frustrating trying to change.

Must be online with Drive to auto save. BOO!! I have another cloud service. I finally understood on wives computer with this to sign out Microsoft accounts on office programs to stop the constant popup on how Microsoft protects privacy. Good not subscription. My open source programs much better to use and they don't try steal your data.

I purched much 365 and before i left the store i immediately returned it was recommended with prejudice. So as soon as i brought it, i tried to return it but they would not let me return it but instead asked me to call geek squad for a refund which i did. Its been a month and i have not received my refund. I called snd they said they have send it but i have not received it.

Application software was accesible but instructions were confusing and not pertinent to inquiries.

Paying 249.99 for this off-the-shelf software without a REAL Microsoft license. To activate this software, I STILL HAVE TO CREATE AND KEEP A MICROSOFT OUTLOOK ACCOUNT. In my opinion, I should have been able to activate and USE this software without having to create and keep a Microsoft outlook account. That was my whole purpose. Otherwise, I could have paid the $9.99 monthly subscription fee to Microsoft using my Microsoft account. I want my money back.

Needed to update my program from 2010 version. Not used to 2021 version yet. Also took over 24 hours to transfer data.

Great product but overpriced. You need to buy the Business Version if you want to have Outlook for $100 more from the $150.00.

after spending days trying to fix it with the geek team, they weren't able to figured it out, so i've been paing 1xx, & a year but no one has been able to fix outlook and sicronizing agendas!

Some docs were corrupted by the installation. Some parts of the program will not open with a double click. Instead, you must use a drop down menu. Otherwise, the program is fine.

I purchased Microsoft - -Office Home & Business 2021 (1) Device Mac OS, Windows [Digital] when I downloaded from Microsoft using the key figures given, it was Office 16 and Not Office 21 as displayed on the package.

Not as easy to set up as I expected it to be for an office product.

The service at Best Buy was atrocious. I am sorry I ever bought anything there.

When I tried to install the software into my new MacBook, the product key was already used. I reached out to Microsoft support and Bestbuy support and they didn't resolve the issue. I highly recommend buying the software in store.
