    Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Been using office for 30 years but this version is horrible. Hard to use and when going to help they tell you to fix with items that are not even in the program. Don’t buy. Wasted $250

    When I tried to install the software into my new MacBook, the product key was already used. I reached out to Microsoft support and Bestbuy support and they didn't resolve the issue. I highly recommend buying the software in store.

    The product installation had problems and data files were changed or corrupted during the process. Also, the outlook portion did not install fully, and a technician visit was necessary to fix it.

    Cannot use this without a "Microsoft Account", and YOU CANNOT USE a "Work/School" Account, only a personal account. Microsoft is the worst for this kind of stuff. Doesn't say this anywhere on the product, and you cannot return software.

    I explained what I needed to the sales person and he had me purchase MS Office for Home and Business, but I found out by researching MS that I should have actually have bought MS Office 365 for Business to get MS Teams!
