Easy to use

I had to get remote help from Microsoft to get it installed, however, which took the better part of an afternoon. It does everything I needed it for, primarily to create and organize documents.

Great software.

Works well and everyone has a copy so it is easy to send attachments to others. It's too bad however, that Microsoft sees fit to mess with the screens from version to version. Makes finding what you want to do challenging at times.

I see no improvements, some features are not as convenient to use as 2007, and the color schemes ( white, grey, or greyer ) are just plain boring. All in all, Microsoft seems intent on pushing me to a Mac.

A Must Have

It took quite a bit of getting used to, but has been worth it. The ribbons took the most, but I used a lot of keystrokes and "shortcuts" with 2003. I can still use most of them with 2013.
