An added need for any laptop or computer that makes life easier ...

Long overdue and thank goodness I finally have an updated program

Excellent, much better using word document files, power point, etc.

I needed to up-date my Office program, so I went with the student model since it does everything needed with less effort than the Advanced Business program. I had that one and never used more than 1/3 of the choices. This one is Just Right .

We like this software package. There are a lot of good updates.

It was very easy to install and we did it ourselves. The programs work great and have easy to use help buttons if you need them. This was an upgrade from our prior program and I was a little afraid it would not be easy to use, but it is.

Ironically the best version of MS Office, was created in 2011 for the mac operating system. This version isn't bad, however, and for the price you get all the basics that you would need for documents, spreadsheets, and powerpoint presentations.

This product was exactly what we expected it to be. Great product.

Bought this being a freshmen going into college worth the buy.

Since we were purchasing a new laptop and Office, I thought we were getting the latest. What they installed @ Geek store was the Office 2013. Very disappointed and unhappy.

This old standby is really the last man standing and it still works. It has become the standard in this country and probably the world. It certainly works as much as i need it to.

This is an amazing antivirus software. I have used it for more than 5 years. It has a great system for warnings and preventative measures. It is easy to use, has a great removal system. It gives monthly reports and comparison analyses. If you have multiple licenses, it can be a little tricky to navigate their website and view your "account page". Their customer service are sometimes clueless so you have to weed through the ones that know what they are talking about versus the ones that don't, but i think best buy helps with this now through geek squad. I have tried and used three other antivirus products, and this one has proven to be the best, most efficient, and most user friendly out of any which is I why I have stuck with it so long. Trend Micro also decreases the price for you over time the longer you are with them.

I got this for my 80 year parents and they are learning their way around a big change from 2003 and they only use Word and Excel for the most part. They seem to figure out the basics.

We bought this primarily for my parents use, they needed something user friendly because they are older and computers didn't even come around until they were middle-aged. They have found it quite easy to use and it suits their needs well.

Have to get used to it, no lie, haven't yet. Easy enough to install, did take a while just because I am kinda a newbie at this techie stuff. OMG didnt realize how expensive it would be but being an essential tool, I didnt hesitate to buy it.

I like how if I need help understanding how to use something in Excel, the tips are easy to access and understand. It is very user friendly for someone with limited computer knowledge.
