    Can't help but feel ripped off having to spend so much on this because I couldn't just install an older version on my new computer, but the programs are totally fine.

    I prefer the CD as it is much faster to install.. but everything is going to digital content so nothing we can do about that. Price was as good as any online retailer. It did take about 20 minutes to download and install.
