Had a hard time getting activated, but the Geek Squad finally figured it out. I still wish I did not have to go on-line for my templates. Liked my old office on my old desktop.

Bought mainly for our daughter to use for high school projects and she has used it once so far since we have installed it and she loves it.

I could not believe that I had to call support to install the program. Support had to remotely install the program (and that is on a new pc).

Overall this is good product at a reasonable price and well worth the investment for anyone who does any type of writing or word processing.

Too cool. I love the new look. Easy to install. converts older versions of windows with ease. Awesome templates ready for your information.

My friends if you are like me and use to apps the Windows 8 app system will be right up your alley. its very smooth and a great transition from a Apple type product and very awesome. Love it

The employee that sold me the computer (I think his name is Brandon form Miami Doral store) told me the Office package included Outlook, but in fact Outlook is not included.

This is a newer version from what I used to have. I like it and do need to learn more about it because I am a beginner. This suits my needs.

bought this for my mother in law; boy, i wish it was less expensive. i hope she is using it as much as she claims lol. but since it is lifetime, maybe it is worth the price.

My new computer loves it and so do I! I would definitely recommend that you use it and have it installed at Best Buys. It was very convenient.

I bought this to use for nursing school and it's great! It is capable of doing everything that I need to do! Writing papers, making charts and tables, and more. It literally does it all!

I use this for simple spreadsheets to track my finances, taxes, etc. So far I have not noticed much difference from 2010. Just as easy to use, the look is a little different but no big deal.

This product works like most other Mircosoft products. I was running an older version so I had a little bit of a learning curve on a few things but other than that everything runs smoothly.

Mainly used Word and Excel; had to upgrade to match school but now am 'over upgraded' for work. Programs do what I need them to do though.

Read some had multiple loading problems and getting it to work. I had no difficulty whatsoever and it worked right away. Redeeming the Microsoft code was quick and painless. Very satisfied!

This is the basic microsoft office suite that is available. It has all the basic features required for home use. Good product at good price

I like how everything is displayed in the programs that I use. I am still discovering new things with this program. So for what I have used and learned so far, I am happy with this program.

I am missing my programs that used to be on here but for the money you can't grab bag is too much but this is getting awfully expensive

Nothing really can be said that isn't already known. It's essential for students and home, but overpriced as most Microsoft products are.

I was using Microsoft works on previous computer and upgraded to Microsoft Office with new laptop so I could send and receive docs from work.
