I wouldn't get a computer and not have office. Word does just about everything I need and allows me to work remotely from anywhere.

Best buy employee upsold me from the basic because of price discount. Glad I did. Easy to set up doooo not lose your cd or install key

We still have a 10th grader in the house and it's helping her out a lot. My wife is in education and it's a great help for her also

MS office has always been easy to use with the essential programs for our operation. Microsoft should really leave a good thing alone.

Bought a new pc and needed office. The install is super easy and once you get used to the new formats and features it's pretty cool.

My wife and I purchased the 2013 Home Version of Office which we installed on our new laptop from Asus. The laptop is wonderful aside from the backwards Windows 8 reworking. The download for Office was relatively simple, but basically after that point is where the issues began. Notepad and Powerpoint opened normally - however Word and Excel would not...we reinstalled, checked all the specs and instructions, but still nothing. Both programs kept on saying there "was a problem and Windows would find it and close the program", but it never did. I managed to solve the issue by looking up the particular and apparently well-known flaw by those who have purchased this before, on the internet and resolved the problem after finding a remote blog on the issue. Now both Word and Excel work well, thanks to the kind souls on the internet who helped us, the paying customers, out. The package is only $100, but money is money and Microsoft should be ashamed out putting out such a substandard product. I hope that when they release Windows 8.1 Blue, that everyone who suffered through the pangs of W8 and Office, automatically gets the upgrade for $0. I won't hold my breath, but then again, you never know what to expect from Microsoft.

Easy to use Microsoft word, excel PowerPoint. Easy to install, go to www address, enter PIN and it downloads from internet and install right to computer. NO hassle, easy peasy.

I realy like the new features on word 2013 everything is at your finger tips, exel is much more user friendly than the older programs!

Great research writing and learnig software. Applicable for young student as well as advanced degree well organized and thorough. Follows commands well and makes good suggestions

Overall Office is a good program to have an all computers. The only issue I have with this version is there was no installation disk.

I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with an actual CD to install. You have to go to their website to download. Guess I'm old fashioned and like a CD as a backup.

Good product that has stood the test of time. However, with Google docs I almost didn't purchase. Might consider a cheaper price!

Needed this for school. The only thing I do not like is that you don't get the CD anymore. I have another computer at home that I would like to install the program on but can't.

It was easy to install. Took a little time to adjust to as I went from 2003/2007 editions to 2013. In general it is very user friendly. I use if for doing documents, powerpoints.

My software was not activated when I purchased it. The store told me I would have to pack up my desk top and bring it back to the store, just for them to activate the software. The Rep. from Microsoft told me I would have to buy additional drivers for the software to work. I miss the days when you could purchase software on a disk.

Microsoft Office 2013 is ideal for all ages. Once you get used to the changes it's very user friendly. The templates are great, and I love all the additions. Well worth the price!

I use excel a lot and realy love Office Home & Student 2013 - Windows. The word program is great. I use this everyday and keep my budget on a spread sheet. The cost was reasonable

I had only one problem with office for windows . I know that technology is changing every day but, When you purchase something you want it to work . I had problems with the installation process .I had to return the product due to problems . The people at Best buy were very helpful in the return and process of getting the program to work ( It nay had been better if the program had a disk rather than the downloading process.

I have not used it a lot. The amount of my use so far has worked well. It is more compatable with the programs other computers that I have had to exchange information with.

The product is easy to use and Install. The whole family uses it. The kids do homework and my wife does presentations for work
