As a longtime user of Office I was familiar with the programs (Word, Excel, etc.) so it was relatively easy to jump right in and start using the programs. It did take some getting used to because of the layout of the taskbar, especially in Excel. (I had a really hard time finding and using the "Freeze Panes" command.) After using Office 2013 for a few weeks I find it to be a very useful suite of programs.

Of course with a Microsoft computer, you must have Microsoft Office! As a college student, I had to have this. Nothing beats Office!

I have this software on my laptop and my sons laptop. I use it for my small business and my son does projects with it sll the time.

This is only the end of the story. I had purchased Windows Office 10 at your store. It did not work because the access code was not activated. I returned it and got another copy of Windows Office 10, It did not work either because the access code was not activated. I returned it and got a third copy of Windows Office 10, which guess what did not work for the same reason. On my fourth trip to the store someone finally decided to check why and found out that Win 10 was "obsolete" and they sold me Win 13. This would be OK if I lived across the street, but since I live ~ 30 minutes from the store I figure I spent 3X what I would have spent if the Best Buy associates were kept up to date on the products that they were selling. Very dissatisified with the entire process.

This product is overall very useful. I have used it for school projects many times over since I purchased it. It was worth every penny.

this is the best small suite of windows office for home use. A student should get the university version for home and college use.
