No issues with SW download and install

Would have preferred to get CD/DVD media with the software but that is not available. Download of the software from Microsoft site using the key purchased at Best Buy was smooth. No issues with the installation on my PC. The Office 2013 applications offer some nice enhancements from the 2007 version I was using.
