The product works well, installs with no trouble, and has lots of options, The only down side is the cost, I know the Item very well and give Microsoft credit for a good job, Its just hard to justify that kind of money for home usage. Office and Business on the other hand its a must have.

This is great! I didn't need a disk a first for me and the price was great ! Easy for even me to figure out...

I hate that you now have to pay for Office which once came free with new computers (that's my first complaint). Well, after spending $137.00 on this, it was installing a Spanish version (even though it was marked in English). I attempted to remedy the problem with Microsoft on the phone. After several unsuccessful attempts, I was told that I had to buy another version of Office and wait for a refund on my first purchase. I do now finally have an English version of Office, but it has been weeks and I still have no refund on the mismarked product. Very disappointed.

Not exactly the same as older versions but it has a few newer features.

I needed power point so purchased this program. It serves by purpose and is easy to use. Has many features/options.

This is great for basic word and excel users. I like this version of Office.

I bought a new all in one computer and Windows 8 was not compatible with previous transferred programs. So in order to utilize previous important files to myself, purchasing Windows Office does allow me to utilize these files. But it is easier for me to use notes as compared to word! Just not that tech savvy!

Bought this for the kid to use in college for all of his classes and he really seems to be doing well with it

I use this primarily for personal use so this package seems just about right (vs. business use with additional programs). Since I was used to using an older version of these programs, I'm still figuring out where commands are now vs. where they were previously. Otherwise, no problems so far.

This is a great program to have & I'm sure I'll really enjoy it once I learn how to apply it! The only negative comment I have is in regards to the help feature. I can surf the web like nobody's business & use all the basic features of a PC but when it comes to more detailed programs like Excel, PowerPoint, & OneNote I do need some guidance. I know nothing about how a pc functions technically so I wish there were simple detailed instructions for us illiterate tech users.

I don't think anyone using windows can work without having office installed.

Haven't used it to much, but the price is to much for senior retired people.
