Great software for occasional letters.

I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with Microsoft customer service trying to resolve the issue. It still did not work. They finally figured out on their end what was wrong but by then I had enough. I decided to just buy it and do it myself. Glad I did.

Nice system for home & small business usage

Some are very handy, but many seem to move functions around just for the sake of change. It is taking me more time and effort to do the same things I did in the past. I suppose that with practice this will change. Overall I am pleased.
