Installation was not smooth

Also, he was more interested in selling me help than really assisting me with my problem. We finally came to an understanding. Additionally, I upgraded from XP to Windows 8. The terminology differences and learning were LARGE. I finally figured it all out (I think)

Ok program, but was hoping for more diversity

I had to do a reset on my computer and I could not reinstall it so I had to take it back to Best Buy and have them reinstall it. The guy at the Geek squad was very helpful and very pleasant but it is still an inconvenience to have to go back to the Geek Squad.
